Massaging will help in stimulating the lymphatic system that promotes the toxins elimination and also the removal of excess water together with other waste materials which can result to cellulite build-up. For the best results massage regularly, twice a day if possible.

  • Try to avoid clothes that are tight, especially the light colored ones like cream or white. They tend to highlight the bumps and lumps.
