You should eat more healthy meals. As cellulite is a result of fat deposits right under the skin, the easiest way of removing this fat would be to adjust your meals and consequently reduce weight. Keep junk foods far away from you. They are full of saturated fats which are harmful to your body as they tend to clog up the body. Eat vegetables and fruits in plenty, drink water in plenty and only eat lean meat.

Do regular exercise

By doing exercise you will be reducing overall fat levels in the body. This helps in the removal of fat deposits which cause cellulite. Try getting 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercises 3 times a week while combining this with regular squats so as to really workout the top of your thighs. You can stand with the feet in shoulder-width. Then bend the knees while pushing your bottom in an outward manner. For two seconds, keep your knees bent. After 2 seconds slowly straighten the legs again while you clench your bottom when getting back up. Do 15 repetitions per set for three sets.

Brush your body

Before heading on to have a shower in the morning, use a body brush to dry brush the body. Use sweeping circular motions which are in the heart’s direction. If you are able to do this each and every day for a few weeks you will realize that your cellulite becomes less noticeable.

Apply anti-cellulite cream each and every day after you shower

Find creams containing Ginko Biloba extract, Retinol and caffeine extract. Using circular sweep motions, really massage the body while using the cream.
